I bought this book for a Water Supply project I have at the University.I was expecting to find some solved problems on calculation of water distribution systems. Now here is a book that pays proper attention to both the causes of much mental illness and helpful things people can do in place of or in addition to drugs to improve their mood and mental health. As usual, a big part of the problem is that doctors aren't adequately informed about exciting nutritional approaches, and doctors can only employ treatments they know how to prescribe, so it's a bit of a catch 22-with patients the worse off. If you enjoyed this book and don't already have Laurel Vukovics 1001 Natural Remedies then I highly reccommend it, as it has LOTS of these kind of recipes with many simple variants of each, and also tips for the home and petcare too, a must have for those who want to rid their lives of pharmaceutical products. Dr Ronald Chase exposes the VA from his personal experiences as Psychiatrist working through this bureaurocasy. Also it has a lot of useful information, useful equations and formulas about water supply systems. In perspective still a far better story than many others out there
