Well, that's not true; or at least I didn't (and FWIW, I'm second tier or higher on Delta, United, and American).Each chapter focuses on a different area of the airline industry: tickets and pricing, what pilots do, safety, sanitation, etc. So, get yourself a book brimming over with anecdotes and giving a really lively account of what it was like in white Chicago in the twenties and New York in the thirties. What's more, we learn of his journey through the perspective of others, including his doctor. She starts the book off with the premise that we need to STOP dreaming of a bigger house& start getting bigger inspirationswhich is exactly what this book accomplishes so successfully. It is a pleasure to watch a master plying his trade. so fun and interesting.
