The authors are a nutritionist, Gary Null, and a respected writer, Louise Bernikow. It might have been better if the recipes weren't included and just facts about what works, and doesn't, - were expanded.Saying that, the book does work. Great. There are so many good knowledge base articles, book, Microsoft whitepapers etc. The Sword Dancer is written with grace and beauty. Even Pope Benedict refers to him in his first book as Pope..
