Having a physics background, it is sometimes difficult to understand the needs of the medical and life sciences with respect to MEMS devices.I think the book is very complete, it tries to incorporate all aspects of biomems, but everything is touched on only shortly. There also examples of what could happen to the Amtrak system if it followed one of many paths that former nationalized rail systems have taken in Europe and Japan as well the take over short haul passenger trains by states unhappy with Amtrak's service. The topics are all fine, and the content is fine, but it doesn't quite add up to feeling definitive. Hell, in my career twenty years ago, I was considered the "queen of point-afters" by my clients.
