He asks the right questions and the subjects seem generally surprised and delighted at his familiarity with their work. This book is just so darling and unusual and special.. They describe how reuse can break down the silos, reduce the amount of content creation that needs to occur, and ensure that content is consistent across the enterprise. But this was not my favorite story about him. Included in the book is a wonderful 31 day diary for walking out the principles explained in each chapter. I found this very frustrating (along with the rest of my class), but luckily my professor cleared up most of the confusion. But the "miracle" of that spring was as elusive as the purported miracle from 20 years earlier.What is particularly tragic is all the wasted time, effort and lives expended arguing about such an absurd philosophy as Marxism which, we should note, was hardest on the "people" to whom it gave lip service; its existence was made possible through the use of force. Kudos for being up front and honest about it. Instead, the book focuses on your attaining a derived understanding of the best-unified content strategy solution for your company!
